Friends of O'Farrell, Inc.
Project Overview
Three complete website concepts have been developed for Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. Each takes a different approach to communicating your mission — while holding to a five-page structure built for visibility, credibility, and secure online giving. This proposal covers the selection process, what is included at each investment level, and what happens after a direction is confirmed.
Every concept shares the same five pages: Home, About/Mission, Programs/Initiatives, Donate, and Contact. All are mobile-responsive and built for long-term use.
Each direction is designed to serve your community — with secure giving, clear messaging, and the operational credibility your organization deserves.
Three investment levels allow you to select the depth of support that matches where your organization is today and where you are headed.
Your team will review the three concepts and select the direction that best represents Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. From there, refinement and integration begin.
The Three Strategic Directions
The difference between the three concepts is not the structure — it is where the emphasis lands. Each option is a fully realized direction, not a rough draft.
Leads with narrative clarity and visual engagement — placing the heart of the work front and center. Ideal for organizations whose story is their strongest asset.
Narrative & EmotionHighlights initiatives and operational credibility — reinforcing organizational strength. Best for communicating the breadth and depth of your programs.
Credibility & DepthBuilt to make navigation intuitive and giving simple — reducing friction and guiding action. Designed to convert visitors into committed supporters.
Conversion & ActionInvestment Options
Every tier delivers a live, functional website. The differences are in depth, support, and the systems built around it. Select the level that reflects your organization's current needs and long-term goals.
For organizations that want continued technical oversight after launch without managing it internally.
This plan keeps the site stable and current so your team can stay focused on the work that matters.
Infrastructure & Giving
Hosting, domain registration, and third-party subscription services are not included in the project investment. Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. will retain full ownership of all core digital accounts — ensuring long-term independence and control over your infrastructure regardless of future vendor or partner changes.
Guidance will be provided during setup to ensure everything is configured properly. Organizations that prefer to hand off ongoing management after launch may consider the Optional Managed Hosting & Maintenance Plan. Technical setup and guidance are included in the project investment. Financial and legal verification must be completed by the organization. Final launch depends on successful processor approval — timelines for that are handled directly between Friends of O'Farrell, Inc. and the selected payment provider.
Project Timeline
Timeline begins after concept selection. The standard build runs four weeks. Timeline may shift depending on documentation and payment processor approval timelines.
Your team reviews the three presented concepts, selects a primary direction, and provides initial feedback for refinement.
Structural refinement, messaging integration, and payment processor setup are completed based on the selected tier.
Full site testing across devices, transaction testing, and a final review round with your team before launch.
Site goes live. Training session is delivered. Post-launch support begins (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
